1. I do not charge your credit card until the order ships and I am the only person that ever has access to your credit card information. Absolutely no payment information is kept on my computer.
2. Items returned must be in the unopened package that it was sent in and in sent condition. I do reserve the right to charge restocking fee if I feel it is warranted.
3. Warranty problems should be brought to my attention before returning for exchange or refund. I will try to work with customers the way I would expect to be treated.
4. Shipping is usually done priority mail, this helps me keep shipping cost down.
5. I try to answer all e-mails in 24 hours and most are answered the same day.
6. If items ordered are in inventory, I will ship product the next day. Call if you need orders by a specific time.
7. Receipts are included with all orders, if you do not want your wife to find out how much you spend, please give instructions not to include receipt :)
